I continue come because of Eva your cashier has outstanding 👏 customer.service and patience
even when a large group of phillipinna women began to get agitated and yell vulgar obscenities slam chairs against the table
And throw there mess onto the floor
Threaten ur cashier Eva , call corporate and have Eva fired being rude NOT SO
Eva was attending to my order and this incarcerated the group of waiting while she took my order,
Corporate , management, don't allow customers who spend very little and demand every lil condiment and more right then and there threaten ur employees is that why a 4 peice and a side cost me over 2200

Cashier (wearing eye glasses) of morning shift 10/30/25 is an amazing worker, she was productive & pleasantly supportive on behalf of my dine-in for lunch break. I will definitely return an visit in the near future. Thank you 😊

Ordered food via drive thru, I don’t usually eat here but children wanted crispy chicken. Everything was bad. Dr.Pepper with no gas, biscuits were hard as a rock, chicken was old, chicken sandwich was stale, French fries were half full and stale, 6.59 for half portioned box is ridiculous. Tried calling restaurant to have things remake and no answer. Called multiple times and still nothing. Thanks for ruining dinner and having us go spend more money for dinner. Fix your service and pay for the phone line. Should’ve checked reviews before even stopping by.

All I can say is .... think twice before going to this KFC, it's horrible, bad service, rude employees, forgetting Simple orders. You name it. Plus when I rolled thru the drive thru window, the cashier was too busy chatting with another employee, had a nasty attitude as if she didnt want to be there, didnt address my order, didnt even ask me for sauces, Nothing.... if you love KFC, I'd suggest u go to a further location.

Lack of better words horrible service placed an order on the app when I went to pick up since I live down the street I was on foot so the dine in was closed and they asked me to go thru the drive thru as if I was driving so I had to walk thru the drive thru and it's still at least over and hour and 45 minutes before 10

My expectations where not met for the price that we pay for KFC now days. The biscuits are half the size it used to be and mine was raw or under cooked. All the of the food has become way too salty but the soda was good.

I ordered fish from the Long John silver menu the fish batter and shrimp batter was so salty I couldn't eat it I tried to call them back to let them know and they didn't answer the phone
