Went here, took a chance. Never again. I got the regular chicken bucket and it was soggy and tasted disgusting. Me hubby and the kids spit it out. Mashed potatoes were super bland. Reminded me of hospital food. Gravy was also pretty nothing. Best thing about the meal was the biscuits. And even then they were mediocre. This was certainly NOT finger licking good. I’d rather go to Popeyes.

Long wait at the drive thru. Then they pretend to give you the entire order, charge extra to change the side items, and still give you the wrong cheaper side you now overpaid for. So you get home to find an incorrect order. They don’t answer the phone. I did the survey. They replied to the first part then ask me to email all my identifying information only to never hear from them again. They do the survey to pretend they care that you are overpaying for cold food and wrong items. By the way KFC, when you take someone’s money and do not give them the food they paid for, it really feels like theft or fraud. Mistakes get taken care of. Horrible business practice to count on the fact that some of us will not waste an additional 30 minutes and gas to fix your fraud. That’s when you bother to actually offer to correct your “mistake”.

The reason for the low stars is this; I always go to this location, never had a problem, the food is always hot and delicious. But thus last visit wasn't so great. I went through the drive through, the young man asked me if I wanted the special, I respectfully declined and his whole demeanor changed, his voice very robotic. Like I said I've never had a problem before. So when I got home I got crispy instead of original, which is my family's favorite, the kids just picked at the chicken even after I removed the skin. They didn't want it at all. I'm hoping next visit will be as usual, I won't give up on this location.

Prices are way to expensive, but not just that.They don't have all what the combo goes with, and they can't substitute the side for something else. Price still the same.

Everytime I go there, it's usually thru the drive thru. There is 1 young man. He always has patience for me, when undecided . Extremely polite. I believe his name is Jesus. I'm always happy , when he is working when I go. I've been in "retail" just about 19 years. This guy, he's all about customer service.

I discovered kfc and there food by accident most places say restrooms for customers only so last time elsewhere is where I went in on an emergency lol but now when there’s one around lunch I find myself really enjoying there food and service too I had a chicken sandwich combo which is new to me and a mntn dew with mango and honey no complaints my money was good there which isn’t aleays the case but I highly recommend …sincerely tomC.

I worked in the area of Imperial Market Place on Imperial Ave and saw this KFC / Long Silver restaurant. I have tried their 2 piece fish combo, mac&cheese bowl, and the chicken pot pie. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. The drive-thru customer service was fast and easy. This may be one of my favorite KFC / Long John Silver. You don't see too many Long John Silvers around. I'm glad this one is here. Yelpers, if you need some lunch and are in the area, give this place a try. I give 4 stars . Enjoy my friends.

I don't like doing this..... but when we spend the kind of money that we all have to spend now for fast food and services. It makes me mad or to say the least very unhappy. When you can't get the order right and sauces that were explicitly ordered we're not added at all.. do you know who I blame? I blame the people that manage these locations. I think you should start checking up on the people that you have working in your locations. I am referring to the market Street in San Diego, California. People get it together. Your service sucks we had to re-order twice. KFC gave our food to someone else the first time. We found out that the only way to get the food that we wanted was to order it again. After Office, I'm assuming that the people you gave our order to we're happy with it. After ordering it the second time you have messed up the order and didn't provide any sauces. Honestly, not to be rude, or mean, your people that work there are obviously too busy to do the job, right!
Their chicken is not as good as others in SD. Need to cook original longer. Need to cook fish a little longer otherwise too soft & greasy.....

Ordered to chicken littles and mashed potato bowl it was horrible!!! My stomach is hurting just as I got done eating it. One of my chicken littles the chicken wasn’t done all the way and I got 4 pieces of chicken in my bowl mashed potatoes tasted raw.

My dad and I came here because this was the only LJS in San Diego and we’re not satisfied with our meals from the LJS chicken was very dry like if it was In the warmer or something and fish was dry and I wish it can be better especially being the only LJS/KFC location near marketplace

Terrible customer service - waited at drive up speaker to order for a while, got no answer drove up to the window and instead of taking my order there, was asked to drive around and place the order again. Manager was right there and listened to the whole thing. Will not be returning here.

Went through drive-thru, opened the bags of food and gravy lid was not closed so there was gravy all over the other containers. Mac and cheese looked like the bottom of a pot of Mac and cheese was scraped and had been sitting there forever….dry and the Mac was smooshed and broken up. Won’t be coming back to this KFC.
