I come from a Thai background, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed with the food here. The Pad Thai is exceptional - perfectly balanced flavors, and the noodles are neither too wet nor clumpy. The satay was delicious, and the sauces were outstanding, especially the spiced peanut sauce, which deviates from the usual thick peanut sauces. Surprisingly, the spring rolls were crispy and non-greasy.I'm delighted to have found an excellent Thai spot close to home with fantastic Pad Thai. I'm spreading the word through this review because I genuinely want them to succeed so I can keep coming back.Please note that this is not a sit-down place. This Thai kitchen is housed inside a building where food is picked up from the window in the front of the building. We ordered Pad See Ew with shrimp, Massaman Curry, Chicken Satay and Mango with Sticky Rice. We were blown away by this food!! It is cooked with love. The flavors are well-developed and delicious! The ingredients are chosen with care. The Massaman Curry had two whole chicken drumsticks in it, and the meat just fell off the bone. The shrimp in the Pad See Ew were succulent. My daughter loved the Satay. They were perfectly sized for an appetizer, and there were 8 skewers. When she opened the container to see so many skewers laying there for her to eat, the excited look on her face was priceless. We feel we have found a real gem! The chef is amazing and we cannot wait to try the other items on her menu!

I ordered Red curry, green curry, and pad kra pao last night and all of them weren't cook right. Red curry - very bland, tasteless, WATERY. I tried all the curry in thai restaurants in San Diego, and the one i got last night was the worst.Green curry - better than red curry, but still watery and tasteless. Pad ka pao - the worst oad ka pao I've ever tried! Too salty, lacking of flavor. the meat was so dry as well. I throw it away because I could not eat it. You need to improve your cooking skill and your food Recipe, otherwise, you won't be success in your business. I am writing this review because I really want to see your improvements, not to ruin your business. The food last night was a joke! Wasting my money. So disappointed.

The beef Pad See Ew was amazing!!! It's been a long thing since I've had such flavorful stir fried wide rice noodles. I will definitely be coming back to try more food from them. It's a ghost kitchen place but definitely worth it and service was pretty quick on a Sunday night! Parking isn't the best though.

Mine & my husband's favorite food is definitely Thai food We saw that this place was new and looked like a cute, small business so wanted to check it out. It's a pick up & go type of place so it's convenient when you're super hungry; not only that but it's also delicious & has good portion sizes. Pad Thai & Pad See Ew - Super flavorful! The noodle to protein ratio was perfect. I definitely gotta come back to try more dishes!
