I come from a Thai background, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed with the food here. The Pad Thai is exceptional - perfectly balanced flavors, and the noodles are neither too wet nor clumpy. The satay was delicious, and the sauces were outstanding, especially the spiced peanut sauce, which deviates from the usual thick peanut sauces. This Thai kitchen is housed inside a building where food is picked up from the window in the front of the building. We ordered Pad See Ew with shrimp, Massaman Curry, Chicken Satay and Mango with Sticky Rice. We were blown away by this food!! It is cooked with love. The flavors are well-developed and delicious! So far everything I've tried has been delicious!! My favorites are the Drunken noodles and the cream cheese wonton. The flavors are perfect.
