Wow. I went tonight around 11 and the Asian guy was unprofessional and rude. Not welcoming at all and didn’t give us a receipt plus he messed up a simple order . And cold donuts like I drove 30 minutes and I’m highly disappointed WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Very disappointed in the quality of the decorating on the Snoopy donuts. Neither Snoopy or the Charlie Brown donut match the image depicted in their ads. The manager agreed that they were pretty bad.I was told they are still trying to get a handle on the decorating for these donuts. The manager refunded the cost, but that didn't help with my wanting to surprise my coworkers with adorable Snoopy themed donuts. Additionally, after she refunded my account, she told me the refund was completed and then just walked away. I was left waiting to see if she would come back. I don't understand that a quality check was not done prior to placing these donuts in the case.

I had a bad experience at this place today. Apparently, the employees here are bothered when people speak Spanish. The young woman who served me was very kind and professional, a very good employee. But the woman who also works there didn't seem to like it. I will never eat at Krispy Kreme again; this is discrimination. I can't believe there are still people like this. 11/22/2025. 8:19 PM

Oh, what a delightful experience with their customer support! I mean, who wouldn’t love trying to reach a personal phone number that’s apparently been taken over by a ghost? Ordered online and got 3 out of 15 items—such a generous way to keep me guessing! Bravo!

The dough used to taste better, and it feels overpriced now. The door has a handicap sticker on it, but there’s no handicap button, which is frustrating. I also wish they offered samples all the time instead of only when the dough is freshly made.
