Food is similar to all other L&L (garlic shrimp is so so so good), but what really stood out to me was the incredible service by the young lady working the register. We visiting during lunch on Tuesday June 2. She was welcoming, helpful, and really embraced the aloha spirit. Please give her a raise.

Food was way to salty and the soda machine wasn’t working. The bbq chicken was barely edible because there was so much salt. My friend and I didn’t feel well afterwards. I love L and Ls but this location wasn’t good

Strange atmosphere! when I got there it was dark like the place was closed but when I went inside the guy at the cash register at hickeys all over his neck. Look like the cook was his boyfriend. I ate the food 2 weeks ago and now I'm having flu symptoms so I hope my food didn't get contaminated with anything.

I called in and asked for chicken curry katsu with extra katsu sauce.
When I picked it up it was a regular chicken katsu. A mistake and communication obviously. When I called back to see if they would remake the order. They declined and said that they would have to charge me for a new one in full.
Every business handles their customer service issues different. However I'm extremely dissatisfied. I came all the way down to pick this up for my sick husband and he was so disappointed when I brought him his food.
I even asked to compromise and possibly get a discount understanding that the sauce was the main issue and not the food itself.
In my experience as a customer other restaurants would have offered to remake it or even offer another plate at a discounted price.

I miss when companies actually cared about the customer and their satisfaction.

Recommended dishes: Macaroni Salad, BBQ Chicken, BBQ Mix Plate, Spam Musubi, Kalua Pork with Cabbage

Absolutely delicious. Best Hawiian food I’ve had since being on Hawaii, 10/10. My new go-to! Good job guys!! I got the Seafood combo platter delivered, the Kalbi (short ribs) was seasoned to perfection, shrimp was fried perfectly, and the fish katsu was also seasoned perfectly, and had a nice crunch to the crust. You can really tell they put love into the food. Mac salad was very good, just added a pinch of black pepper (personal preference). Mahalo!

The best part of my order was the portions. I was glad the cook hooked it up with bigger pieces of chicken. Usually when I order from door dash or Uber eats the portions would be sad. The bbq chicken is flavorful, rice soft and macaroni good. I would order more from here but could be hit or miss.

The food was amazing. Vanessa checked us out and was so sweet! Giving us good recommendations. We had the garlic chicken and the the kalua pork with cabbage. Also the pineapple coleslaw. It was so good! Will be back !

I do not recommend this place because the oil in the fryers changes when it looks like used car oil.
