The $16 plate is not enough for leftovers…. It’s now considered a “small” and that price used to get you the large tray. Now they just give you a small one. You have to spend >$22 for the large?! Oh no. 😬

My coworker picked up our order for lunch and when I open mine there was a hair in my food. This is why you wear a hair net.

Lady at the register played with scotch tape trying to "fix" the "Tips Please - Mahalo" sign for 10 whole minutes while my food stood on the counter ready that entire time getting cold. After playing arts and crafts and proudly putting down the fixed "tip jar" she then she asked what I ordered as she had forgot. I explained my order. She proceeded to bag my food, only to find out it was incorrect when I got home and opened it (my mistake I should've opened it and checked at the store) and she forget my Katsu sauce that I was charged extra for. Leave a tip?!?...you gotta be freaking kidding me.... how about focus on the customer first and paying attention that the order is correct. It's a shame because the food is decent.

Lost my reward because they “don’t” use the reward system even though it marked in the app that they do. Now I’m out of all my points with nothing to show for it. Staff didn’t honor it, seems like a scam.

Great food that tastes just like being in Hawaii. Customer service was great too. Pleasant and hospitable. It’s a small joint if you so if you want to eat there it could get packed quickly and tables could be limited. It’s wasn’t crowded on the afternoon we grabbed lunch. Definitely a good choice to check out to eat in or order for pick up.

Parking: Small lot, off a very busy street. Beware of driving in/out of this area. Cars come in/out very fast.

Asked a local where I should order from to eat and they recommended L&L, I'm glad they did. Our food was delicious and arrived fairly quick¡¡¡¡ The meat was flavorful and tender, not a single complaint ?? the sides were on point as well¡¡¡ All around great food experience. Way more food then two of us could eat unbelievably large portions.
