L&L Hawaiian Barbecue

Went in and ordered a plate and two musubi dishes. We were the only people in the store and the food took 15-20 minutes to come out. The girl at the working the register who rang us out got a plate of food and got her food before we did. After going home to eat there were multiple hairs in the plate we ordered.

I have no idea what’s in the air today but I called in to place an order accidentally ordered at the wrong location even tho I called to cancel it at the other location this one wouldn’t let me order here because it would be a waste of food. Please I just wanted spam musubi???

I ordered an Uber, and they did not provide the SPAM Musubi. AND The BBQ MIX did not come; they just sent Rice and Mac. The burger was burned.

Called an order in and specifically asked if the bbq chicken bowl was made with breast or dark meat the clerk told me it’s made with the chicken breast guess what wrong made with dark meat would appreciate the right information when ordering lunch and spending $50 plus a good tip

This location is not good. The woman at the front is always rude. Taking literally 30 minutes for Bulgogi Fries when not busy is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time or money just go to another location. I asked for a free drink as they had said it would be 15-20 minutes and it took 30. After some back and forth they relented and I do appreciate that. Two stars great food bad experience.

Asked for katsu sauce with lumpia rather then sweet and sour. Was not given any sauce but a post it note telling me I had to pay for sauce even though they offer it with lumpia. They thought giving a post it note after paying 30$ for lunch was expectable. Im sorry I choose this location to order. Chicken and limpia was very dry. And tasteless never had that that experience at other location.

I orders a bbq mixed plate over the phone. Arrived one girl was on her phone in the corner and let 4 more people walk in without moving. The cook finally asked me after 5 min if I said yes. He asked my name and charged me for a bbq mixed plate. When it got home it was all chicken. The cook had just made that plate I watched him put it on the counter. So he knew that was not a bbq mixed plate and proceeded to charge me for a bbq mixed plate. When I called in to tell them about their mistake they told me they couldn’t refund my money unless I came back which is 20 min drive from my house. Won’t be going there again poor service.

Food was great! Service was terrible! Girl in front desk was very sloppy looking and rude. My order was sitting there for a while before she decided to put it in a bag for me while there was no other customer in the store.
