This is one of our favorite neighborhood restaurants (I consider our "neighborhood North America and Europe). Yes, it was fabulous. Great service began as soon saw e walked in the front door, from our friendly, professional waiter. It was a birthday celebration (but we will come here for any reason), and couldn't have been nicer. We were pleasantly surprised by it being San Diego Restaurant Week, to our good fortune. $55 prix fixe: my wife had the pate, Osso Buco, and the gooey hazelnut cake; I had the endive salad (one of my favorites here), duck confit (my absolute favorite, everywhere), and mousse au chocolates. Yum, a trifecta!. Nice champagne split for my bride and the light and tasty Macon Chardonnay from. A perfect evening. Thank you! ATBster

This lovely little restaurant is in a house on the corner of 5th. It's absolutely adorable. We arrived at 6 and were only one of two tables seated. By 7pm the entire place was full. The pork chop was huge and incredible. Just be aware that it takes 25 minutes for them to cook it so if you're in a time crunch you may want to choose another dish. But it was well worth the wait and the ambience is so good wonderful we didn't mind the wait.

The ambiance was pretty good; it's a rather simple space and some of the other diners contributed to moderate noise level. We might have shared an entree between us, and had sufficient and saved money, but both dishes were delicious.

Amazing restaurant! I had the best french onion soup and pork chop here! Took my girlfriend on a date for her birthday and the staff really made the night so wonderful (offered free bread and port wine for dessert). Small things like this really mean a lot - especially on top of such a wonderful meal

Dining here is a perfect experience in every way, every visit, and this time didn't disappoint. I want to call out something in particular: I left my reading glasses in the car and the waiter noticed, out of the corner of his eye, that I was struggling to read the menu. He came over to our table and provided a pair of reading glasses for me to borrow. This is next level attentiveness to the customer, and something so simple that made such a difference in my dining experience. Thank you!

We love going to North Park for dinner. We got lucky in parking. When we got in they were ready for us and they were very patient with us cuz we were a little bit late. A waiter noticed that we had a hard time reading our menu so he brought us over a pairof reader glasses. San Francisco fairly quick and our dinner was so delicious.

La Bonne Table was our pick; and did not disappoint in any way. Our server, Victor, was kind, friendly, and had good suggestions when asked. Slow paced, no rush, let us know it took up to 20 to 30 minutes for pork chop entree, which was appreciated as that was was I was ordering The food was artwork, everything was delicious and unique in its beauty. Looking for a first date moment, or just a quiet, joyful evening with a special person in your life;I we would highly recommend La Bonne Table.
