La Bonne Table continues to be our favorite go to place for special events, or where we take visitors. It's a way to show off the San Diego at its best.

The food was excellent. My server wat attentive and overall it was an enjoyable meal. I had the endive salad and the trout, both were quite tasty.

Our table had the salmon with tomato confit and the steak frites. Both were wonderful. We have never been disappointed here

Everything fabulous. Food, service and ambience could not be perfect for a romantic dinner or a great experience with friends. Highly recommend.

We had an absolutely lovely date night! Amazing traditional French food. Loved the escargots and I had a really nice trout that was light and flavorful. Tiny spot but wonderful service and ambiance!

Once again, outstanding food and service. We love this small restaurant because they focus on the highest quality food and experience.

We love coming here! We come every week when we are in San Diego. The entire experience feels like a moment in Paris. Victor and Yo are wonderful...great friendly service. The food is always wonderful. Thanks again!!!

Service was great. Staff very friendly. My duck was a little over done but tasty and trout very good but had too many bones. Wine selection satisfactory.

Our server Yo made our night at La Bonne Table a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend this quiet and quaint spot for a casual-semi formal night out. Irregardless of a busy friday night, staff came prepared and handled the evening smoothly. Service was above excellent. Started off the dinner with the Soups a l'oignon which was one of the best onion soups I've had to date. Went on to have two entrees (16oz pork chop with mushroom cream sauce and the salmon with garlic rice and tomato confit). Would highly recommend the porkchop (extremely tender and the potato gratin was full of flavor). Salmon was also good but the pork chop took the cake. Ended the night with a few drinks and the cheese special for the night which was a generous slice of Gruyère, balsamic vinegar, and a pear. Overall great experience and am looking forward to another night at La Bonne Table.

I have patronized this neighborhood jewel for several years. The quality and ambience are genuine and consistent. ALWAY A PLEASURE!

We enjoyed the service and ambiance. The food was average. The confit duck was a little dry and the mustard cream had no taste. The trout was a generous portion. When the plate was brought I noticed what appeared to be a layer of oil. The trout sauce was bland..

This is now my favorite restaurant in San Diego. The food and staff make it the best place to be.

Best mussels in San Diego! And we ended with crepe suzette which is not on the menu...an ultimate birthday dinner! 🙌🏼🍓🍓🍓

Had a fantastic meal for 3. It's a smaller restaurant which worked out well. Quaint, french-stylized decor. Reminded us very much of a Parisian bistro we visited a couple years ago in St. Germain. Food was fantastic and true to style. Duck Confit, French Onion Soup and Steak Frites were all dynamite. Great cocktails too.

It was my first real french cuisine experience. They only have a few tables, so the vibe feels so cozy. Good for a special occasion, and their food is phenomenal. I ordered pork chop by their recommendation, and we thought pork chop would be weird in a french restaurant. But their pork chop was the best pork chop I have ever had in my life. The mushroom sauce is insanely flavorful. Escargot was very good and buttery, and their duck dish was also great. Also have their creme brûlée!
