We showed up and there was a chap sitting on the chair in front of the main entrance smoking cigar and blowing smoke right in your face as you walk through the front door. I guess they sell cigars here so it's not totally out of the ordinary. We got inside and ordered a cold brew and match latté along with a couple of pastries before heading off to sit on some uncomfortable barstools. They called our drinks so we picked them up, and then they proceeded to completely forget about our pastries. We had to make our way back up to the front counter and remind them of which pastries we ordered. The place wasn't even crowded at the time, and additionally the food and drinks were nothing to write home about. Also, the coffee area was off in one of the corners of the establishment, coming off as an afterthought as the bar area seems to be the star of the show.Kid-friendliness: NOT kid-friendly as there is a high chance of experiencing second hand smoke.

Really love this place! Coffee, alcohol and cigars?! Also M-F happy hour! The barista’s are so nice and helpful. I’ve had the frosty & ube cold brew so far and both were delightful. Also the banana bread is some of the best I’ve ever had.

There was this girl with black curly hair who kept making fun of patrons in order to impress a man.

Really laid back atmosphere with patio seating for the cigar smokers. I noticed they also had propane heaters on patio to keep you warm. Service was quick since it was in the evening and there was no one in front of us ordering. Iced coffee had more milk vs coffee ratio but you can still taste the rich bold flavor of the roast , I got a capuchino and I think since it's a smaller portion it has less milk and was super enjoyable for me! They had some desserts available in a small display on the counter but they didn't look that appetizing- (it was a little dark in there) They also had nice R&B flow of music going inside and a movie playing outside I could definitely see myself just hanging around! Thanks for the nice capu!

Cute spot but overwhelming smelled of cigarette/cigar smoke, so don't visit if that bothers you.

A very interesting layout on the inside, doesn't really feel the usual coffee shop where there is a lot of seating and people studying. Mostly a good spot to stop by and grab a coffee or a pastry. Or also smoke a cigar! They have some outside seating for people to smoke a cigar if desired. There is street parking but can be hard to find. Ordered an Iced Vanilla Latte. It was very good and was on the milkier side and a bit sweeter than I like. But overall still really good and I would come again. They have other non-coffee options and had some happy hour signs posted as they also serve alcoholic drinks.

I love this spot because of the inviting and friendly energy of Nico and Elijah. The vibes are super laid back. They have coffee, tea, wine, and cigars! Plus you can also purchase beautiful affordable plants. 10/10 Recommend this spot if you're looking for a coffee shop to do some work at.P.S. try the Lisa B. You won't regret it !

I live in the neighborhood and come here regularly, both out of convenience and the coffee has been good. Lately the quality has been subpar, and the service awful. After today I will not be back. I would recommend supporting other local coffee shops in the neighborhood over

I call this one my second wind coffee. It's a bump if you know what I mean. Like pow-za! A double espresso at just before 8pm when going out will be rewarding on your date nights or 80's dance a thons. You can smoke cigars here too, or find some for gifts.

Best family owned coffee shop in San Diego. It feels like you are relaxing at home with family! I highly recommend to at least try it once and I guarantee you will be back. Let them know it is your first time!

We didn’t realize this was a cigar lounge as well as a coffeehouse so we both got nauseous while bringing our coffees. It is a cute place but the workers didn’t seem happy to be there and all around the vibe was low.

Super cute shop, the people working were so kind too. Got an Italian soda and a banana bread muffin for 9usd! Wish they had more indoor seating instead of the stools but overall nice place.
