This place is where all the ¡RAZA! hangs out! Tiny, little bar and they pack people in! If you're socially awkward or an introvert, you won't like it here. People are very friendly.
Come find your new sancho since there are plenty of cabrones who have no problem staring. I walked in by myself on a Friday since I heard the live music, which was very good. There was dancing and singing and overall a fun environment, they had a DJ after the band. Once I secured a seat at the bar and was done getting looked up and down by many men and women, I just enjoyed the music and ignored people, including the guys asking me to dance. There was a cool transgender lady there who I enjoyed talking to. Drink prices are fair and if you get hungry there are some taco carts nearby in the cut.

It’s in the middle of city heights, can’t expect much but I guess a decent spot to grab a drink in the area.
