I quite enjoyed the crepe cake, would recommend.

I got tea & Mouse cake & the Tea I was served was scolding hot not safe for drinking I burned my hand

Located in Westfield UTC mall - a few tables inside and a couple outside. Store is very clean and modern, service at the counter is well enough.,

I tried the green tea (just average) and checker cake (below average) - in moisture, taste and texture. Maybe these aren’t just my style but I was underwhelmed after all the hype.

A lot of other people seemed to be enjoying these though so they could be for you!

Where did the people working in there go during opening hours? Its been over an hour since the staff is gone leaving a return at 4:30 badge, and now it is 5:30 already.

Lady M is well known for their exquisite Mille Crepe cakes. This is my first time trying them, but I was a little disappointed. There were a few flavors and we tried pistachio, vodka, strawberry matcha, and green tea ones. Each flavor was great. I would recommend matcha and vodka. Their signature cakes tasted definitely great and distinct from regular ones, but the price could be cheaper. Besides, we had to pay for the takeout box.

What a terrible experience. Came in on Dec 23rd in the evening to buy a cake. None available - a few lose slices left. Fair enough. Came in late. Asked the woman in charge who said to come in at 9 am next morning. That it was going to be a busy day. Ok. Got there the next morning at 9:05. They were just getting the cakes in. She said to wait until 10. But you have the cakes right there! Just sell me one. Nope. Would have to talk to my manager! About what? Who knows. Zero customer service. Zero awareness. Zero initiative. Plenty of other options out there…

Heavy greasy fat but lacks flavor. At noon on a weekday they only have a single flavor available in 6”. Signature cake was just a pile of heavy whipping cream that didn’t even have a quality dairy flavor. Didn’t even know there was a crepe component except that it held the cream together. Might as well of eaten low quality butter. Didn’t even finish a piece and gave the rest away. Waste of $70.

The small size cake is unavailable.

We got chocolate crepes cake and strawberry shortcake and they were both impeccable! No complaints. Excessively sweet nor greasy. This hateful comments clearly have no idea what a dessert should taste like

Just wanted to thank the lady who helped me today. Today was already a bad day, and tomorrow would be my dad’s 80th birthday and our first without him. I was getting this slice so I could light a candle and sing him happy birthday as a way to celebrate his memory. You gave us two slices of cake because “they were small” and that generosity genuinely made my day. Thank you, kind stranger!

I've gone here for the past few days and they always have a will be back sign... I came here tonight at 7:30pm.. where it peak . It's clear someone doesn't want to work.

I'm a loyal Lady M fan from New Jersey and only visited this location once. Its selection is a bit limited compared to the stores in the NYC area, but still quite good nonetheless. Green tea and chocolate are my favorites, though they may not always be available.

Very disappointed. My friend recommended me to try the crepe cake here. It's not delicious at all. No taste of passion fruit and crepes only greasy and heavy!!!
