The establishment reads “Hot-N-Ready Zone”. It’s hot alright, but nowhere near ready. Three people waiting at all times.God for it you ask for a meal deal. They’ll forget by the time you order and pay. Then have to wait twice till they make the breadsticks.The only good thing was that the order was fresh. One star for that.

I order take out and when I picked up my order at the time, I was going to pay I realized I didn't have my wallet but in my pocket had a $100 dollar bill so I handed the bill to the cashier and he told me he will not accept my bill he said hedidn't have any change. So personally I needed to go arround local business to break the bill onto smaller denomination in order to take my food this was ridiculous how a business like little Caesars don't have change in their cash register to provide change when someone pay cash and specifically with a $100 dollar bill. I'm very disappointed. Cashiers make me feel uncomfortable around other clients present in the business by repeatedly asking if I didn't have any other payment options like my credit card or my phone. I was paying it, not like I was stealing the food.

Store is supposed to open by 10:30am, I had a pick up order at 10:57 am.. it’s 11am and doors are still closed!!!update: the girls in charged of opening the store ended up getting there late, at 11:05 and told me my order would be ready in 20 more minutes so I cancelled my order.

Went today to pick up my order which was supposed to be ready by 10:57am, keep in mind the store is supposed to open at 10:30am. Got there by 10:40ish and store was closed, so I waited until 11:05am which is when both of the girls that were supposed to open the store got there. I asked them in how long my order would be ready and they told me I had to wait another 20-25 minutes so I told them to just cancel it. Very irresponsible to get there late in my opinion, also I wasn't the only costumer having to leave because of their irresponsibility.

They don’t have any pizzas ready they said 15 min it turns into a 45 it wasn’t like this before maybe new manager.I stop here just because my son wants to give a try again got tired of Dominoes Hut and papa but big mistake.
Stopped here to get some food before crossing the border into Mexico. Food is decent, as Lil Caesars is known for. No one spoke English, but I speak Spanish so it was ok. Pick up only, no where to eat on site.

Not good. Pizza is days old. Really bad manored staff. Needing to learn how to make pizzas. Get rid of your Tijuana staff put real people there who speak English. Who are trained to do the work. How embarrassing your staff are constantly. Being yelled at for wrong order. And incomplete. Orders. We're USA. Put your staff up to date love ke other little Caesars pizza. This place is selling garbage. Who are gonna get sued really bad one day b. A for.er customer. Who goes to Appts pizza now. So does everyone else. Bye
