Everything is so good even the menudo is outstanding. Recommend everyone to try it
buen servicio y buena comida
Birria is good but owner used to work for the original place in Tijuana and brought a recipe that didn’t belong to him here . Kudos to him but not ethical. The real place in TJ is Birria Si in Colonia Libertad. El primo is good but not as great as the real original owners.
El Primo Birrieria Taco Truck in San Ysidro offers delicious beef Birrieria tacos with consume, served with lemons, radishes, pickled onion, and sauces. The tacos are big, not heavy, and best enjoyed with broth. While some found the quesadilla okay, the bustling ambiance and ample seating make it a decent spot for a taco craving.
