I ordered some pizzas to be delivered to a gathering, and had to spend about fourty five minutes on the phone. The original phone operator accidentally put the delivery date in for a year from the day I ordered, and on an already busy and hectic day, I had to wait on the line for an additional 40 minutes to get it all straightened out. The pizzas were good though, normal Little Caesar's- crowd pleaser for kids. The delivery time was reasonably fast, after the whole phone order issue was resolved.

It was ok took long for my pizza when It should of been ready hot and ready pizza I waited more then 15 mints so I would take the sign down couse there isn't no hot and ready pizzas

Terrible service ..... I don't know why I even bothered coming down to the store when they didn't even answer the phone. These workers seem unmotivated. I tried to place and order via telephone at 5:22 No one answered stepped inside the store at 5:26 .... wasn't helped till 5:33. This is terrible service not only that but its 5:41 and since I've been here the refrigerator door has been open the whole time with a cheese blend box holding the fridge open. I'm literally watching the pizza maker handle food without a hair net or gloves is this standard practice? I'm never coming back to this location ever again got my pizza at 5:48.

I was there a a hr ago I order I pizza half pepperoni and half cheese bacon and bbd wings , I give $20 dollars cashier and no charge back , he's said it's was ok??

Terrible service. I ordered two sauces & he only gave me one even after making me wait twenty minutes for pizza that he said would take ten minutes, also the cashier looked and talked like he wanted to kill himself, just a really bad vibe all together, never coming here again.

Bad service, I ask for cheese or chili flakes and he said they don’t have it anymore, plus last minute I got a soda and he stoled the money and put it in his pocket. (It was a young black guy)

I ordered at this location because it was next to my job and it is the second time.. The cashier was very unprofessional. I ordered my pizza 20 minutes before I went to this location. I got there and my pizza was not ready. I asked why the wait if they are supposed to have hot and ready pizzas and her response was it’s first come first serve and started getting an attitude with me. When my pizza was done she asked if I wanted a refund and did not give me my pizza. I asked if I could speak to the manager and she said she was the manager and that her coworker was the manager. I asked for her name and she said it was nuvaa. I would of gave it zero stars but I couldn’t. I will never go to little Cesar again.

Trash location. 3+ employees in the back and only 2 customers waited 10+ min before any workers came to the front for an order pickup. On top of that they even messed up the order and left items out and also left the food out on the counter for the food to get cold instead of in the warm oven. Safe Seal on the crazy bread package was opened and the bread was somehow undercooked also! wouldn’t be surprised if this place goes under with this staff

This is the work LC I’ve ever been to, customer service is awful and whoever the cashier is she’s very arrogant, like she doesn’t work at a minimum wage job lol. But whatever, it’s not like they giving it to you for free so idk why that awful attitude. I hope they close this store

They don’t answer the phone to place an order.. when you show up they don’t have what you originally came for. There customer service is horrible… waiting time 35 minutes…this is why I tried calling 6 times before!This little Caesars needs a lot to step up to..
