I visited Luna Grill on a Monday around Lunch time and was disappointed with the service from the cashier. he seemed uninterested and not very welcoming, which made the experience less enjoyable. When I asked a question about the menu, his response felt rushed and dismissive. Additionally, my order was incorrect, and I didn’t feel like he made an effort to fix the mistake. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but good customer service makes a big difference. I hope management takes feedback seriously and works on improving the customer experience."

Amazing service specially Tiffany amazing customer service

This was my 2nd time in the Hillcrest location and when i twll you Tiffany and Pablo were so nice and welcoming...i literally love it there. Food was fresh, hot and delicious.. i had a long day and Tiffany was so so nice took the stress right away with her pleasant vibe.

The general manager at the store is absolutely amazing. She motivates her team. Looks out for the customers and is just on point. Shout out to Pablo for also being attentive and helpful. My new go to spot in Hillcrest for sure !

I had lunch at Luna Grill, Hillcrest 4, and had the pleasure of being served by team member Pablo. The food was very good, but the service was even better. The server Pablo was very polite and accommodating
and made my visit worth returning.
