The coffee at Peet's is consistently rich and flavorful, and I really appreciate the cozy atmosphere for working or relaxing. However, the customer service can be hit or miss, and I occasionally find the seating to be a bit cramped during peak hours. Overall, it’s a nice spot, but there's room for improvement.
Got scheduled maintenance done here before my big project—nothing fancy, just the usual clean up. In and out quickly, and they left everything tidy. Nice to have a spot nearby in Santee that keeps things on track... even if maintenance isn't that exciting (yeah, not fun).

However, parking can be difficult due to bike lanes, so customers should plan for some time to find a spot. While seating inside fills up fast, the patio offers a view, although it overlooks a busy street, which can complicate phone calls. Peet's has fully vegan breakfast sandwiches, and many of their syrups are vegan as well. The chain also offers a good option for a quick breakfast in Hillcrest. Overall, Peet's provides a great experience for customers.
