Came here for Valentine’s Day. I recommend the Papa A La Huancaina. Great nighttime ambiance. Would come again. Best Peruvian food in the Gaslamp district. Elizabeth was great thoughtful and offered to take our photo made the experience that much better.
All of the silverware was incredibly dirty, which was a little off-putting at first. They exchanged it with no hesitation though. The food came out in reasonable time, but the rice was very undercooked. Felt like I was gonna chip a tooth.
I really appreciate the atmosphere of this restaurant. The barman was very polite and nice, also the waitress very kind. They have a few local beers like PACIFICO and great Peruvian food. I loved the sauce and really enjoyed the rice with shrimps. I would also recommend their cocktails. There are a few seats outside and lots of seats inside. People usually come here as groups, although it is a pleasant and nice place to eat alone. I didn't had any deserts and I'm sure...
