Indoors was too noisy for our party of four with elderly parents, so we were seated outside on this day. Lovely patio, weather, and perfectly able to hear each other.

The food was very good. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The portions were more than plentiful.

Really cute and trendy restaurant with bright and cheerful decor. Food was delicious. Pollo Verde Pozole was flavorful and so was their matcha colada and vanilla bean latte. Yum! Perfect for 2-6 ppl.

Enjoyed Madi again. Food is always great. Potatoes were a bit undercooked. Everything else was tasty. Started w churro waffles - always recommend them. One of the best waffles. Chicken fried steak was a 8 on a scale of 10. Shakshuka is delicious but it is not shakshuka anymore.. it is more of a carnitas w a poached egg and cheese. Name is misleading since it is a regional dish.. (check the recipe) Setting is great and simple. Service is always friendly. Our waiter was great - once he noticed that our coffee (2 cappuccinos) was not delivered on time.. he got us replacements asap. Very thoughtful.

Neighborhood gem, good food, lively atmosphere. Unfortunately, there were out of several items on the menu.

The ambience is terrific and the service was spot on and friendly. I really enjoyed the thoughtful update of the old building! The food was good but my scrambled eggs were a tad over cooked. The biscuit and gravy was good, I just wished for a bit more gravy. Gravy has to be about the cheapest thing on the menu to make so why scrimp? The potatoes were excellent as was the bacon and the sausage. I look forward to coming back for the pancakes!

I've been to Madi a couple of times now, and it's quickly become one of my favorite spots to brunch any day of the week. The ambiance is bright and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and attentive — it's got that easy, neighborhood charm that makes you want to linger a bit. We always start with the Waffle Churro Sticks, which are a must. They come with a jalapeño-blackberry sauce and a maple cream cheese dip — both are excellent and pair perfectly with the crispy, fluffy churro sticks. I had a Brown Butter Latte this time, which was smooth and well made; I just wish the nuttiness of the brown butter came through a bit more, but it was still very enjoyable. For entrees, we ordered the Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs and the Biscuits and Gravy. The chicken fried steak hit all the right notes — crispy exterior, tender inside, and the sausage gravy over the top added a nice touch. The eggs were cooked perfectly, too. The biscuits and gravy were good but left a little room for improvement — a bit more sausage in the gravy would have made it even better. Overall, Madi is a great neighborhood spot with consistently solid food and a relaxed, friendly vibe. I love that they serve breakfast every day — it makes it an easy place to return to again and again.

My boyfriend & I ordered two delicious coffees & for food ‘The G.O.A.T' & ‘Papas Locas' both plates were good! Can definitely order one plate and share with one other if you don't have big appetite :). Just keep in mind if you sit outside there will obviously be flies flying around your food🥲 that was the only annoying part. Other than that, perfect first time going would definitely be going again!

Very noisy, basic service nothing over the top. The food was good, but next time I will order To go.

Food was average, coffee terrible. Fries were very tasty and probably the best part of the meal. Sandwich was decent. Pancakes too thick and mushy inside. The crumble on top the best part. Too much baking powder in pancakes.
