The ramen is delicious, but I got the spicy one and it is definitely that, I had to steal some broth from my daughter’s ramen to bring down the spicyness. My wife really enjoyed hers also, she go the number one. I don’t remember what it was called but it was pretty tasty
My wife, our three year old daughter and I ate here for the first time after landing on this place as a locally recommended ramen spot. The food was good but not great. I got the Akuma bowl which is the 2nd or 3rd most ordered dish according to the menu, and it was less spicy than I anticipated and also less flavorful than I was hoping. My wife got the Gyokai Tonkotsu, and she didn't particularly enjoy it. The service also wasn't particularly great as waters were left...
We absolutely loved this place! Insanely flavourful vegan creamy soy-based broths. I got the curry broth and hubby got the "delight" regular broth. Both insanely delishious. Six vegan ramens clearly labeled on the menu. Basically you choose between karaage (impossible fried "chicken") or chasu tofu, then either curry or regular creamy broth, then either spicy or not. Huge bowl of food, I could barely finish mine. Our new favorite go-to for San Diego vegan...
