We stopped by Manzanita Roasting Company for coffee, and we’re so glad we did. The coffee was absolutely delicious—fresh, rich, and perfectly made. The staff was genuinely kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. We loved the cozy, relaxed atmosphere and could have easily stayed much longer. It’s one of those places that makes you want to come back every time you’re in the area. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great coffee and friendly people!

I've lived 2 miles from this shop for a year and just found it. What a lovely spot to linger over a beautifully crafted coffee or even for a cup to go.

Hello,
I am a regular customer at your location and typically order a latte with 1/2 decaf. I have consistently received this order without issue over the past year.
However, during my visit on Friday the 20th, the blonde employee working at the time informed me that you do not offer 1/2 decaf. When I mentioned that this has always been my usual order, she responded that the machine does not make 1/2 decaf and stated that I had been given decaf instead.
I found this interaction confusing and the tone somewhat dismissive. Being told that my regular order may not have been prepared as requested for nearly a year was surprising. Additionally, I have never experienced a coffee shop being unable to make a 1/2 decaf latte, which added to my confusion.
As someone who works in customer experience management, I believe that this employee would benefit from additional training in customer experience, particularly in how to communicate clearly and respectfully with customers.

I come here to simply take a deep breath, relax and enjoy every aspect of the Rancho Bernardo Winery Grounds.. It has so much FUN to offer. I start at 9:00am with Coffee, Go to the Kitchen for lunch (they make their own bread). I do some shopping. I grab a gelato, and then I go indulge in some pretty incredible wines...

It's our 2nd or 3rd time here, but the service here has gone down and lacked any enthusiasm. Who comes to a cafe to buy $7 coffee and see a cashier who takes your order with a grimace? It doesn't take much to try and smile. Try it. The coffee was slightly above average.

If you’re looking for an absolute perfect place to have the best cup of coffee, go to Manzanita. The winery is absolutely beautiful and a perfect place to sit and relax or have a coffee day and to even bring the kids to run around! We love this place and the coffee!

I love that this shop is at the winery! Didn’t know that until recently. Great to have in the area. Friendly people, a really cute shop, and lots of wonderful outdoor seating all around. Some indoor as well. The menu isn’t huge but it’s high-quality, and the coffee is delicious. Definitely recommend stopping by.

This place seems to really hate dogs. No dogs allowed on the entire property, including outside on the patio (pretty odd for both coffee shops and wineries which are usually dog-friendly), and they specifically note that emotional support animals aren’t welcome either. They also don’t answer the phones when we tried calling 3x to ask. The business should really note this on their website or Google Maps info.

Coffee was good! Beautiful passion fruit plants and surrounding buildings. Bathroom was edgy and industrial.

Such a cute place. The parking is wonky because handicap signs are in the middle of spots/lines are somewhat sketch. They don't open until 9am and many of us wish it would be easier as I'm usually done with coffee by 9. The brown butter latte's are so good and then there is the fresh baked goods and smoothies and ...need I say more. YUM! Great outdoor areas to sit and enjoy some quiet or company. Enjoy!

Cute coffee shop on the beautiful Bernardo Winery site. Got their tumeric ginger latte with oat milk and it was delicious! I'm craving it again so another trip is in the near future.

It was $4.50 so prices are still reasonable. The guy who helped us was very friendly and it was definitely great service.
