Service was slow took 30 minutes just to get water and over an hour to get our food. The food was not very good either
our server was fantastic - professional, expedient as we had a couple of children with us, and very pleasant.
I recommend the food as it was quite good. The problem was that we went with a group of people and all wanted to charge our rooms separately to take advantage of the dining credit that the hotel provides. We were not told until the end of the meal that we could only split the bill 2 ways.
Food was fine but service was Terrible. Our server, Javier, had a bad mood and made this experience poor. I was there for a conference and have eaten here multiple times which is why I chose to go back. I was surprised to see it less busy than usual but I can only assume the service may have been why. Slow and rude. This is a place where conferences are constant so splitting checks should be standard. He acted as if it was the biggest deal in the world and took forever. Legitimately ordered and got food in about 20 mins. Then it took 30-40 to get the check and pay. We were only a party of 3. It was not even busy.
Always stay at a Marriott and by the size of the hotel and price I was expecting better food it felt like a courtyard breakfast
Oscar was our waiter and he was excellent. This restaurant is only 2 blocks from where I live so it is nice to have a reliable eating place so close.
I was in town for the 2025 NAFSA conference and stayed at the Marriott Marquis. On my last night I made a reservation here and was not disappointed. Food and service was delicious. My family and I all had the short rib ragu, which we definitely recommend!
During the second brunch I hosted with the group, the server was noticeably inattentive. There were no refills offered for coffee or water, and I eventually had to get up and find the server myself. It was disappointing, especially since this brunch was an important meeting for my company. I had hoped to create a comfortable and professional setting for meaningful conversations, but the lack of basic service impacted the overall experience.
The service overall was not good. First, the receptionist decisively told me that I had no reservation despite of his poor confirmation (He seemed typed my name "su..." whereas the correct one was "tsu..."). Although I booked, he led us the seating in the very back of the restaurant without any view of the outside. The server was rough enough to place the dishes on the table and not to show up when we wanted to pay without a full care for our table. No training for treating their customers. I won't have a meal there again.
We had a wonderful dining experience at Marina Kitchen. The ambience was warm and inviting, and the overall environment made for a relaxing and enjoyable evening. The food selection was phenomenal, with generous portions and truly delicious flavors throughout. Service was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and professional from start to finish. While the pricing was definitely on the higher end, the quality of the food and service reflected that. It's hard to say definitively if it was worth the price, but we certainly left full and satisfied. We didn't have a view of the marina from our table, but honestly, that didn't take away from the experience. All in all, Marina Kitchen delivered a memorable night out. We'd definitely return for a special occasion.

We dined here for the mother's day brunch buffet. Everything was delicious, fresh and high quality. Service was great and attentive server. No complaints about any part of our experience.
Mother's day brunch - expensive, but worth the luxury. Food was delicious & quite a variety. It was hard to choose what not to take. The violinist was a special touch! Only minor complaint - the champagne server came to our table as we were finishing our meal. We had to rush our champagne in order to make checkout time from the hotel. Wish he had come by sooner!
Waiter was attendant when we arrived and came back quickly to take our order. After he dropped off our food he never came back to check on us for refills or how was your food and we also had to get up from the table to ask for our bill. Too bad he was nice. Must of forgot about us. Since we were in the corner booth. Either way , it put a damper on the evening when when you're spending a lot of money for dinner
Beautiful and convenient onsite restaurant. Service was excellent. We ended up dining here two nights in a row due to how convenient it was while traveling with 4 babies. Food and alcohol selection were great. The restaurant bar did get a bit loud and rowdy later on one evening due to a convention, but other than that it was a great establishment to dine at when traveling with family and staying at the property.
La comida de primer nivel DELICIOSA! me encanto la mesa que nos dieron y el personal super amable!:)
