What happened? This place used to be a great stop for fast breakfast. This morning, the food was inedible. Overcooked eggs, pathetic frozen salty hashbrown, and unbelievably expensive. Egg white wrap was equally horrible. Just disappointed.

Birria tacos were NOT good. The meat was bland and the shells were wayyyy too greasy. You get two tacos but feel sick after eating one. Don't waste your $15. Soup of the day was supposed to be tomato bisque but it tastes more like a chunky red bell pepper soup, it was just ok. The half grilled cheese on multi grain bread was hearty and good to dunk into the bell pepper/tomato soup.

Jenelyn was extremely rude. I stayed at the Hyatt for 4 days and 3 nights, and because of her, I’m leaving with a bad feeling on my last morning. I’ve ordered coffee at many Starbucks locations in the U.S. and Canada, but she is the first person who has ever charged me an extra fee for an iced cup. It was such an unpleasant experience. It seemed like she was just trying to get a tip for herself. If she had explained the charge in a kind and respectful manner, I wouldn’t have felt this way. This makes me think that Hyatt’s staff training is terrible. If she charged only me this extra fee, I would consider it racial discrimination, and I will file a complaint with Hyatt.

Market One, inside the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel Photos tell it all. Day 1. Needed a breakfast option. The sausage sandwich ($14) came with 2 eggs and 2 sausage patties. $5 for small bottle of Gatorade, $7 for a “tall” 20oz cup of regular coffee. Eight variations for your coffee creamer. A tasty sandwich and filling. A variety of options for food. See menu photos. Seems to be the going rate for food prices. Quality of the food was good, helpful and friendly staff. Day 2, did the lunch, grilled chicken ($18) and not knowing in advance the proportion size, got a prepared Caesar salad ($16). One of these alone would have filled me up. Again, like the day before, excellent food friendly helpful staff. Clean establishment, professional service, helpful, friendly. Prices seem to be the going rate in California somewhere between $15-$25 for anything. Will be back next year.

This is a Marriott. They bought a bunch of higher end chains and cheaped them down. There was blood on our sheets when we got here. It took a full day + multiple requests to get them changed.

There wasn’t any vegan entree on the lunch menu. Missed the window to get the avocado toast from the breakfast menu - it sounded good. The attendant kindly suggested the salads, however they all had cheese. Would love to see more vegan options in the future. Otherwise well-stocked market, and very convenient for guests of the hotel.
I like the lobby area, looks great. The room was ok, the breakfast was just so so..

The elevators are tricky at first. 1) make sure you are at the right bank of elevators - they don’t all go for same floors. 2) select your floor. 3) Then tap your room key. Enjoy your stay!
