We went through the drive through and had the best McDonalds customer experience of my lifetime. Latoya's service was absolute outstanding. She went above and beyond to help our order and make sure that we had all of our needs met.
All I have to say is that many people complain about the employees but what they don’t know is that people are so busy and us as customers are so rude to them when they gotta worry about what they are doing inside what if they are understaffed you people are so rude if you don’t like this McDonald’s go fucken cook your own food stop being fat lazy people because the employees are people too
The manager I believe someone called him “Danny” (no name tag)this was in the afternoon 9/17/2020 kept checking his cellphone pulling it in and out of his pocket and then continued to bag food without cleaning his hands. I actually had to say something because as a healthcare worker this is a huge infection issue. I’m hoping the other manager I spoke to has him demoted or Terminated.
