Absolute nightmare. Wildly crowded with no organization. My order disappeared and even with my receipt I was accused of not having ordered. My guess is they gave it to the wrong person and tried to act like I never placed an order. Took half an hour.

The people who work here should not have a job. Going through the drive thru I am asked to repeat my order multiple times, then when you get to the window they have you repeat the order. The window where you pick up your food someone answers it with an incorrect order then asks me what this means on the receipt that it says "special" under fries. How do I know what your restaurant codes mean? I look through the order, it's missing things of course. I work in Balboa Park occasionally and this McDonald's is the closest but I would travel out of state before I eat at this place again. Bad service EVERY.SINGLE.TIME!

Short Mexican guy the manager there the one that can't read that has to wear glasses. The fact he hasn't been fired after years of incompetence and just beyond me. He knows you'll be standing there for 30 minutes and he'll just let you stand there for another 15. Mind you people that have been there for 3 minutes will get their order. The owner of this McDonald's really needs to re-evaluate
