We went through the drive through and had the best McDonalds customer experience of my lifetime. Latoya's service was absolute outstanding. She went above and beyond to help our order and make sure that we had all of our needs met.
All I have to say is that many people complain about the employees but what they don’t know is that people are so busy and us as customers are so rude to them when they gotta worry about what they are doing inside what if they are understaffed you people are so rude if you don’t like this McDonald’s go fucken cook your own food stop being fat lazy people because the employees are people too

Although there are fewer homeless individuals at this location, some transients do hang around asking for change or leftovers. Customers are encouraged to order ahead on the app for easy pickup, though dining in may not feel safe for everyone.
