I’d give zero starts if I could. Got in from a long flight and my husband stopped in here to grab us dinner. We ordered via the app. When he got home they’d forgotten to give him my drink. Ok, things happen. Then I bit into my quarter pounder and gagged. It’s was full of paper!! Filed a complaint through the website but no response after 3 days. Not that difficult to completely fulfill the order and cook a burger. I won’t be back.

A young man in a cap delivered our order. The order included a drink with ice. Our entire team asked him to replace the drink without ice. He took the drinks but never returned to us. We approached the door several times, requesting the drinks, but the young man kept ignoring us. He continued delivering other orders while neglecting ours. We kindly ask the management to take action and speak with the staff to ensure that orders are completed properly.

All 4 kiosks could not my app and they did have the pumpkin cream pies that the menu showed were available (other location kiosk generally state when pies are out of stock). The ere nice and offeted the other pies so thet promptly refunded me, but gave me another order receipt. I pointed it out and got correct receipt

Of all bank accounts I’ve ever gone to this is by far the slowest with the worst service came here for my lunch spent 30 minutes waiting in line at the drive-through they serviced three cars before they got to me even though I was at the speaker window first absolutely unbelievable terrible service
