Place is freezing cold inside on a winter day they obviously don't want people to eat inside the restaurant.And then there's no area for the kids to play and the ice cream machine is broke more than half the time

Made an online order about 30-35 minutes before pickup. Mobile app said it is ready for pickup. I go through the drive-through to pick up. They said it is not ready and I needed to wait an additional 10 minutes...
Workers were nice and apologized, but not sure where the disconnect was. Either the app was incorrect or the workers were slacking...

Went to the restroom and they didnt have no toilet paper at all
The wifi and service in the area is terrible and I have Verizon the free wifi was practically non existent on terms of latency and or speed it's the only reason I went to eat there

Everytime I have to go in to the counter, because I still struggle trying to use the ap, every employee I've encountered has been extremely pleasant, polite and helpful. I truly enjoy the store and the excellent customer service they constantly give.
