I love McDonald's, I love the app. It's very convenient to order your food ahead, pay for it, and pick it up through the drive-thru. However, the last time we ordered somehow my order got lost. I ordered it in the app. I paid for it in the app. Went to the restaurant, and they couldn't find it. I had to order it at the window. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s, but the manager Maria went above and beyond. I ordered to the wrong location by mistake, and she helped fix it and even matched my discount. Really appreciated the great customer service—rare to see these days!

Not sure why all McDs stopped the self serve soda. If they would just make sure homeless don't keep coming in and stealing it, that would work.
