Last Thursday Evening (2/15/24).My on-line/app order:*Delivery via UberEats.1-Double Quarter Pounder MEALwith Large Fries & Large Soda.1-Double BigMac Hamburgerwith Medium Fries. (NO DRINK)Received the entire on-line delivered order in a Sealed Large Paper Bag.Upon opening the bag.All the ordered items were inside the bag...PLUS an additional soda.I'm quite sure the extra soda was a simple error, because of my unusual request of ordering1-Combo MEALwith an additional meal order without a soda. That would certainly confuse anyone including me.*just so happen...My friend wanted a soda, she drank the extra soda, it didn't go to waste.*I owe McDonald's $payment$ for the extra soda.?**OVERALL RATING**FOOD/DRINKS: Excellent.SERVICE: Excellent.PRICE: Fair/Reasonable.

I ordered large fries on the app and the order went to my last location . When I got to the McDonald’s on scripps I told the girl what had happened and that the app wouldn’t let me reorder them she said she was gonna talk to the manager the manger came up and talked to her in Spanish , he must of thought I didn’t speak Spanish and started making fun of me and laughing saying too bad in Spanish .. Super un professional . Thanks for your help

Front clerk forgot my drinks, but this is my favorite location. Reason for the 4 stars, drinks being forgotten and it was a little dirty the last few times.
Every time I order here, they make me pull into the parking lot to wait for my food. Every. Single. Time. It doesn't matter how much I order, two burgers, four burgers, ten burgers, they make me pull into the parking lot EVERY TIME. I know that they are just trying to cheat the system and keep their drive thru times short, but if they need to do this all the time, they are doing something wrong.

When their app didn’t work, “manager” Alejandra accused me of cheating to get free Medium fries. Really??? I gave them the code and as soon as I gave it to them, it disappeared but when I drove up to pay for my meals, the cashier was nice and respectful. However, the manager told me “next time, use a valid code”. I was beyond shocked to be treated with such disrespect by a “manager”. With customer service like that, I’ll choose another place when I’m in the mood for fast food.
