There was a toenail in my caramel frappe last time reached out to McDonald’s customer support multiple times and on top of that there was someone on their phone so they didn’t wanna make my drink cause it was too loud
We come here often with family because it's usually a nice, quiet spot, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. If you try to pay with cash, get ready for an awkward experience: staff will make direct eye contact with you and say nothing while you stand there waiting. What's worse, even when the place is completely empty (maybe one or two cars in the lot), it still takes 30 minutes for your food to come out. Basic acknowledgment and better speed are definitely needed here.
