Last Thursday Evening (2/15/24).My on-line/app order:*Delivery via UberEats.1-Double Quarter Pounder MEALwith Large Fries & Large Soda.1-Double BigMac Hamburgerwith Medium Fries. Order taking was slow. Order was wrong (upgrades without me asking). Received wrong order and didn't know until I was home. Ordered a Big Mac and received a bacon quarter pounder which was overcooked.

Raquel gave the absolute best customer service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I'm so used to not having a pleasant experience with drive thru places that I was genuinely taken aback by how kind and nice she was. Very impressed, thank you Raquel!
