The only food that I think is good here is the breakfast every now and then. The regular food is gross and super bad for you. The French fries are hit or miss. I don't recommend eating here if you can help it. The pies are good sometimes if they're hot.

Houston we have a problem!!! 8/10 times that I come to any McDonald’s location in the San Diego area with my 6 year old SOMETHING IS MISSING with my order. I am so tired of going back up with my receipt to ask for my complete order. THIS IS YOUR JOB! Once in a while is understandable, but 80% of the time is carelessness. When I go through the drive through and it happens and I get home without my stuff it is as if you have stolen from me. This occurs more often than not and is an obvious training defect. McDonald’s please get your sh&t together!UPDATE:They've gotten better with making sure everything is on the tray, thankfully, but now they're holding back a slice of bacon! Seriously, when I sub out sausage for bacon it used to come with two pieces. Don't gaslight me and say it was one broken in two. You can see in the image below two pieces. This is nickle and dining at it's worst. Very unhappy with the shrinkage here at McDonalds.

My table tent says, “Please place on your table and we’ll bring your food to you.“. DO NOT BELIEVE THAT INSTRUCTION. It took a while to recognize that they were yelling something from the pick up counter, so the food was cold. By the time I recognized the table tent had no significance.

Horrible customer service. Loud heavy metal music blasting inside. The young man working had his shirt untucked a t-shirt on so I couldn't tell if he worked there or not. As I was receiving my food I'm saying thank you over and over and he's just looking through me. I see the customer service going down across the board but at least acknowledge me as a customer.

Not very well organized in the kitchen area. Fries sat in a bag while chx nuggets cooked because someone forgot to drop them. I know this because it was screamed across the kitchen between 2 employees & whose fault it was; very chaotic work area. Lots of staff in the kitchen area. Staff should pay attention to the appearance of their work environment. The dining area could use a good deep cleaning. It's just a dingy looking McDonalds, dirty windows, sticky tables, and floor. We'll still be McDonald fry lovers/visitors, just not this location anymore.
