I'm not usually one to write reviews but this particular McDonald's keeps falling short on the basic stuff. Fries were placed in the bag upside down. Ordered a chocolate milkshake and got a vanilla with a micro amount of chocolate sauce at the bottom of the cup (never blended the cup and not enough chocolate to make a proper milkshake) and never salted the fries. It looks like the location is only manned by maybe 2-3 people. I feel like if they weren't so short staffed they wouldn't be messing up the little stuff that adds up to a big deal.

Dog awful, never any salt on food items. Food items always placed upside in bags, drinks unblended. Go to the one on Areo drive its fantastic, this place is a joke.

Says they open at 4. Sat and waited for like 10min for someone to say something. Nothing. Drove up to window and apparently they don't open until 5. Super strange. They wasn't even going to open the window to tell me. They was trying to just signal through the window with their hands like they didn't have the time.

One of the workers was nice the other ones are rude and too busy talking to do their jobs. Ive worked at mcdonalds and other minimum wage so i get it sucks but thats no excuse to treat customers like theyre a bother. Its the managers especially btw

Corporation needs to give this McDonalds the help it needs. The employees are overwhelmed with orders, yet they are churning out orders as quick as possible. Ordering from the Kiosk does not let you adjust most of the menu items, but the front counter is rarely manned because of the amount of drive thru orders. Hire more people to help alleviate the stress off of your employees. They deserve better.

Ordered a filetofish. Wasn't fresh and I was disappointed. Sandwiches were literally slapped together. It had been sitting in the warmer i could tell because the cheese was stale. Buns weren't pillowy soft. For the past two months this location has been a disappointment. Which is upsetting because it's near my home.

It is barely 8:45 p.m. try to go through the drive-thru and they are closed why on earth do you say that you are open until 11:00 online and you are closed at 8:45 p.m. this is absolutely absurd. My kids already hate this McDonald's from how rude they are on a regular basis to the kids in the nearby school and you close early, seriously can this McDonald's get anything correct.

I went at 1120 after a long shift for coke and fries. Sat in the Drive thru. No one answered. Then went to the window and the employee looked at me and kept cleaning and closing down. I understand it was close to closing but I just wanted a drink and he could have at least acknowledged me and said sorry we closed a little early.
