Is the worst McDonald's I have been to. I went yesterday in the morning. When I tried to order, the cashier was closed. A girl with an attitude told me that if I want to order something, I must order in the screen machine. I told her I had i only carry cash at the moment. She said " not my problem" and left me there speaking to the wind. Not only are rudely to the customers, also the restrooms and tables aren't clean. I wanted to put my complaint to the manager and he was outside taking a "break"(where he was smoking). This place is out of control.

You have no view of the kitchen. That’s a no go for me. Even if I don’t see you prep my sandwich just knowing that everyone can see workers helps them stay more accountable. I like to see an open kitchen with gloves and a kitchen sink. What would stop someone from washing in the bathroom and not again at a sanitary sink and no gloves bare hands in food as that’s the standard in Tijuana and I’m sure most workers there are Tijuana residents. So of all Mc Donald’s this one definitely needs an open visible kitchen and it’s mostly hidden And the little view blocked.
