I had a horrible experience at this McDonald’s Ashely, the manager was extremely rude to me and very confrontational. I had to go back three times and she lied to me about where the corporate number was because she did not want me to call. Something needs to be done about this. She was rude and brought an employee over to the window to ask of he was the one that was rude to me. This was after they messed up my whole order and the window person was rude. Super bad service! Made me park and wait for like 15 mins and still got my order wrong! When I asked for a refund the shift manager was so rude rolled her eyes at me but it’s like excuse me but if she knew how to run a crew I wouldn’t be asking for a refund. McDonald’s needs to train their employees on customer service and speed!
