Went to this Santa Ana’s today to grab something to eat. Normally it’s a really good restaurant and they are pretty accurate with my order. Today though they gave me carne asada fries instead of a carne asada plate. Not at all the same item and then the sand which I ordered should have had ham left out and the rest of the meat nice and crispy. That didn’t happen.
Ever since they got new owners this place has really gone down hill, the customer service is the worst. They never pick up their phone and the girls as cashiers are rude ASF always have an attitude. They don't sell Micheladas to go anymore!!! the food is no longer good

Ordered folded tacos.the meat filling was old,chewy and tough.Seating is not confy.Seating lacks cushioning.Wheelchair accessibility: No wheel chair acessible,front door is heavy and hard to push to open.
