Ordered folded tacos.the meat filling was old,chewy and tough.Seating is not confy.Seating lacks cushioning.Wheelchair accessibility: No wheel chair acessible,front door is heavy and hard to push to open.

Went to this Santa Ana’s today to grab something to eat. Normally it’s a really good restaurant and they are pretty accurate with my order. Today though they gave me carne asada fries instead of a carne asada plate. Not at all the same item and then the sand which I ordered should have had ham left out and the rest of the meat nice and crispy. That didn’t happen.

TL;DR bad reviews are truthful and still relevant.First-time customer. I have seen this place while driving around. Finally, I decided to try it today. Walked in and ordered caldo de res and took nearly an hour to get. Why? They took more priority in having fun at work than putting the time and effort into their customer service basic health and safety standards for that matter. While waiting I was wondering why it was taking so long so I decided to look at the reviews. I looked at the bad reviews as usually I could filter out the random disgruntled customer complaining about things not relevant to the product or service directly and employee faulted bad reviews. As I was reading the bad reviews, each SEPERATE review it was literally happening as I was reading. There was a review about employees bad mouthing customers which was happening at the same time as the cooks touching meats, then vegetable, then on their phones, which was shared with the rest of the crew to switch songs, then back to cooking without gloves. Cross contamination at its finest. If you had problems in the restroom lately and you frequent this place, you might know why now. I can't say for sure as this was my only time coming here. I'm not sure if it's needed to be said, but I will not be coming back again fo sho.

Service was horrible.. stood at register over 5mins. The girl who took the prior order saw me online waiting to order, takes order before mine. Leaves the register and goes back to talk to her coworker, another one is eating in the kitchen while a young cook is using his hands, no gloves to grab food. Both girls are on phone and laughing with each other. While another female leaves the kitchen area with another male cook and are messing around from corner kitchen. When I finally placed order. They said they had it available at the time, I understand maybe 10-15 min wait for them to have the caldo de res ready.however I waited at least 35 mins from when they took my order and ignored me but stared at me frequently and not saying a word. So I then waited 5 mins then spoke up about my soup. Good girl laughing said sorry I should have mentioned it takes 10 mins or so when you ordered. I told her I was not happy, I waited almost an hour.. this is horrible service. As they asked. Me to wait a little longer still.

How sad, I've been a customer for a long time. I love the food but every time I say light onion or light this it seems like they purposely do extra of it. It's crazy how the cooks make me wait about 15 mins usually for one taco.

This is horrible! They messed up my order more than 5 Times! I made a conclusion that I am never coming back again! I been coming here since it opened! I order a grilled fish taco and a shrimp taco! All I got was a grilled chicken taco! This is not the first time! Almost a month ago! I ordered a grilled fish burrito with grilled shrimp included, and paid extra for it. They never gave me shrimp in my burrito! They took my money! And this too! I am done with them! I will no longer be coming back anymore! They already lost my business now! ?

I like eat Taco Tuesday at Santa Ana Taco shop .I was watching the cook who prepared my food and other customers foods . The guy didn’t wearing gloves he used his hand to scoop up the onions and cilantro. Lost my appetite, will not return.
