Its a simple little food court. Is the food exquisite, not really. Were the portions huge? Most def. Did it taste like Mediterranean? Yep. I would have liked olives. Pita was big and soft.It was all saffron rice not just a dollop on top of white. The salad was blah but fresh and big.Will I go back. 100% yes.

Quick and easy late night spot.Didn’t have a lot of time to sit and wait at a restaurant to eat, and luckily came upon this place and was able to walk in, grab a doner box with fries… it was fantastic, and allowed me to get back to my hotel and rest up for the next day. I didn’t have a long layover in San Diego so this was perfect. Most of the restaurants I stopped at in Gaslamp district, we’re really busy and required a 45 minute wait…This was on a weekend, and lots of activity going on so it made sense. So if you’re wanting some Mediterranean flavors and want to quick. This is very expensive and tastes great.

For a place that calls itself Doner Mediterranean Grill, it makes the WORST Doners I have ever had anywhere in the world & I have tried many in many places including many places in Turkey. This lot have no idea & their food is not value for money for the small amount you get too. Disgusting! They then expect a tip for take out too! Don’t do it even if you are desperate. Get a sandwich from Subway instead. At least you know it will be edible. These Doners only belong being flushed down the toilet! AWFUL!
