Great venue for intimate jazz event.

I went for comedy night and had a blast. If they have comedy night open again and you looking for a good night out it's well worth trying!

The music was great. However, we paid extra for a VIP booth, but when we got to the establishment. The hostess didn't even bothered to check our tickets and just sent us to sit anywhere. Yes it was general admission, but we weren't general admission. Once I asked the hostess about our VIP booth, she just told me our booth number. They didn't even have anyone to escort us to our booth. Once we got to our booth, there was someone sitting there and nobody ever came to remove them from our booth. Another unexpected and bad thing that happened was that we had to leave early, at 9:30pm, when the doors opened at 6:15pm because they decided to book a second show. I have never been to an event that kicks you out because a second show. So that's why I gave this place a 1star review. So if you plan to come to this establishment for an event, don't say I didn't warn you. Hopefully this review will be helpful. One more thing, the hostess and door man were so unorganized. After the waitresses came to us, they were great and on top of things

It's a lovely venue with great music, good food, and friendly staff. San Diego needed a spot like this. I had such a great time, I will definitely return. 5 Stars

This location has great reviews on Facebook 5stars and on Yelp 5*. Great food. Food bar and amazing smooth jazz and straight ahead jazz up close concerts. Just really a great spot with cool people.
