Staff is awesome and so is the food.

Food is great, but new owners are considerably less generous, stricter, and raised the prices. Feels less like a friendly neighborhood place and more like a “sorry, new owners won’t allow that” place.

First time ordering out from Micheline's Pita House, and it won't be our last. The food tasted great and the portions were sufficient. I wanted to also leave a 5-Star rating on Yelp but there was a technical issue. Thank you for a great food source in Carmel Valley.

Yum! Large (I mean huge) portions served with fresh ingredients. Maybe not the best shawarma I've had, but not bad. Did I mention there was a lot of food? Easily enough to share a dish.
Service was friendly and my food was prepared quickly.
The indoor dining area was decent enough. The outdoor seating is in a parking lot. Not their fault, but hardly charming.
Maybe not a place I would choose first, but would come back.

I visited the restaurant today only to have take away humus (which I recommend). The place was empty, yet the employees were chatting for a while without taking care of my order. The cashier was kind of rude too. I had 3 humus scoops to go, and just paid (skip the tip). When I left, the cashier run after me and said that my credit card did not go through. I was surprised and came back to end paying with the same card which now apparently did work. I asked for the bill and once at home I noticed that the new bill included a $2.90 tip. Although the net tip was not big (still about 30% of the price of the humus) I was disappointed because I had opted not to give a tip and, thus, I felt cheated. Will not come back again to this franchise.

Yum! So good!! I had the lentil and quinoa bowl with roasted veggies, cilantro humus, and green cabbage…everything was so good I ate a bunch of it in the car I couldn’t even wait to get home. Those pita my gosh!! I never understood before why people liked them so much. They were fluffy and delicious. Can’t wait to go back!

???????Just ordered chicken ShawarmaChicken had curry in it!!! Really? Curry in shawarma chicken???? Where did you learn how to make chicken Shawarma?The restaurant is advertised as Greek restaurant! A Greek restaurant that doesn’t have Gyros!!!We ordered Greek Salad, first you never put sumac in. Greek salad… my specifically asked not to addd sumac in the salad, guess what? They added soumac ! Wow… BTW you soumac in A Fatouch Lebanese salad …not in a Greek saladI would not recommend this restaurantThis is not a Greek restaurant.Why?????????
