Seriously good food!!! The Caliente burger was top notch! The wings were amazing, and the ranch… was awesome sauce! I’ll be back again.

This place is not only great quality food, but the atmosphere and how they treat you is by far the best Ive been treated. Made us feel like we were at a buddies shop hanging out and having fun. The place is well taken care of and has a very solid “50-70’s” hot rod feel to it. I loved every bit of it. Thank you!

Wow, so yummy!! His suggestion of a cherry ice cream in a Coke float was terrific! The Cheesesteak was perfect. The service was exceptional, everyone that walks in is a new best friend. So pleasant and helpful with a true desire to make for an exceptional experience. I couldn’t believe they had 4.9 stars with over 1300 reviews, but I understand now and believe!!

Food was AMAZING and the staff could not do enough for you. Classic American diner style, definitely get the chilli cheese burger or fries. Big shout out to Jeff for being so lovely and accommodating.

Highly recommend this place! The food was delicious, especially the black cherry shake. The spicy cheesesteak was actually spicy and was very good. The staff was very friendly and checked in with us, and other patrons, to make sure everything was good. Restaurant was busy and we were served pretty quickly. Was happily surprised that they took the time to remember our name and tell us goodbye by name when we left. Next time we go to San Diego we'll definitely be back.

WOOOOOOOOOOWWWW!!!!!! The impeccable customer service is more than enough to make a trip out to this establishment. The food was prepared in front of me. Such excellent quality and customer service deserves 10 out of 10! A must visit for anyone looking for a homey feeling in San Diego. Great food for a reasonable price

Not my best photo, but man what a find this place is. Not sure how you can talk about the best burgers in the city without bringing up this place. First time here and met the co-owner, who went through the menu to describe his favorites and point us in the right direction. We went more basic and got the bacon cheeseburger, All-American (basically bacon cheeseburger with egg), a mix of fries and onion rings and a big ole chocolate shake. They make their own ranch and chipotle dressings and both were a hit. The chipotle is more on the smoky side which was a nice touch.

Not sure what it is, but the meat here really steals the show when it comes to the taste. You can tell they’re using some quality ingredients because it all comes together so nicely.

Random note. The interior is super cool. It’s almost a time capsule to the old school diner/90s feel. Even the TV’s make you feel like you’re watching something from that era because they’re not HD in the slightest, but it fits the vibe perfectly.

Will definitely be coming back! The staff greeted us right away as we walked in. Food was delicious! Salad was fresh, fries and hamburger were great. We ordered 2 ice cream cones before we left for our girls. I wish I knew the gentleman’s name he was so amazing with my girls. Ice cream cones were a great price and a good size. I can’t say enough great things about the staff, such genuinely nice people, wouldn’t let us give him a tip.

I've been knowing these guys for years
They supported my sons when they were in elementary school playing sports .Always treating us like family it's been over years and WHEN we go eat there there still the same..I LOVE THEM AND THE FOOD AND THEY KNOW ALL THE CUSTOMERS BY NAME🥰

Great place for classic foods like hotdogs, hamburgers, and ice cream. All of our food was flavorful and hot. The banana split was huge and more than enough for 2 people to share. The employees were super friendly and made everyone feel welcome. Great prices, too!

I usually stay away from places like this because, I think the decor is gimmicky. It’s an “American” Style diner. I had one of their hamburgers and I realized why it’s highly rated. I loved it; I only wish I had space for their milkshakes/ malts.
