I really wished I took the time to read the most recent reviews on google, rather than just falling for the hype. I put in a request for three a month in advance for their afternoon tea experience. I received numerous text messages telling me that ”the appointment I requested may now be available…” for the date that I didn’t request. I tried to book a month in advanced, I even received an email and I could not book it. Oh well, decided to just meet my two friends there and grab a drink and pastry and sit down and enjoy the atmosphere and goodies. Well, that didn’t happen. They berated my friend and were extremely rude to her. They had maybe two tables inside that you can sit at by the cash register and a few tables outside. The seating that is shown on social media is blocked off for appointments only. We were told that they only had one appointment that day. Which is wild, because it was unavailable anytime I tried to book it. The cashier gave my friend two business cards and told her that she needed to call their boss to see if we could order and sit up there. That was wild. I wish I had a better experience. I was turned off by this that I didn’t want to support this establishment. Instead we headed over to parakeet cafe and had a way better experience.
Lovely experience here. Enjoyed a pistachio white mocha with oatmilk and whipped cream.
Super cute venue and friendly staff... but it is a bit pricey though ($25 for 2 coffees and a herbal tea.)

Beautiful setup! The glossy dessert, pink plates, and cold brew create a dreamy, elegant café vibe.

We went here to have a lunch with my husband and our daughter 4 years old. we got 3 salmon croissants which was nice but little bit smaller than others restaurants, coffee was good. One unpleasant thing is that their toilet is closed for maintenance, when I asked where we could go with little one instead, the answer from the cafe worker was “I have no idea”, which was very unpleasant.

Got a croissant for like 7 dollars, probably sourced from costco. Even if it was homemade, I've had croissants 10x better for 5 dollars.
What a lovely place to stop for lunch! We got lychee rose green tea and raspberry green tea to drink, both delicious, and loved the butterfly tea bag tags! To eat, we tried the smoked salmon croissant and traditional danish. The smoked salmon croissant was so good that we went back the next day for another! The traditional danish was delicious as well! Would highly recommend this sweet cafe!

This place is as pink as it is delicious! My friend & I were so happy to celebrate our birthdays here and enjoy the upstairs tea space. They individual tea bags & their flavors are made by this shop which were smooth and not overpowering. The prosciutto and vegetarian croissant sandwiches were flavorful and filling. I really appreciated the beautiful patisserie desserts, not only were they artfully crafted, but the flavors and chocolate were rich. You can tell the owner is putting so much love into this little shop, so please come by for an afternoon tea service or a quick treat. It’s worth it!
Suggestion #1: In my opinion, cold butter pads are a faux pas for tea service. A softened butter in a small dish alongside the lemon curd and jam would have elevated the scone experience, and I did express this to management.
Suggestion #2: A visual critique, perhaps wrapping the upstairs prep station in more of the florals would help as opposed to customers looking at a purple plastic table cover (cut off from being shown in my video cuz it wasn’t a vibe).
Beautiful presentation and excellent service
Macarons and butterfly tea had no taste. Ordered an hour before they closed and Sat at a table to enjoy my birthday treat. They seemed eager for me to leave and literally started sweeping my shoes. I left and won't be back.
Wanted some coffee and came across this cute all-pink shop. Ordered a flat white and was disappointed as I took my first sip; the espresso tasted burnt and not well-made. I also got some pastries and the quality was not worthy of coming back.
Maybe there can be more attention to the quality of products and not so much on the aesthetic of the place.
