Arrived at 5:00 for a reservation. Even if your party is parking the host will not seat you. Once we were seated, we had to wait 25 minutes for a drink order. We decided to place the order for everything, instead of waiting again. Food was good, but the waiter never checked in once we got our food, no garlic butter, on our steak even though it was ordered. We asked the bus boy to packed up: a large amount parmesan fries, mash potatoes and lobster Mac and cheese. Then we received dessert which we ate, asked for the bill, paid the bill and still no left overs 20 minutes later. We decided to leave at 6:30 PM, when we told the waiter that we had to go. Then when we arrived home we received a notice from our credit card company that $650 was being charge on our card. That was $200 more then we signed for. After 10 minutes on hold, we explained the situation to the manager at 8:30 PM at night on 8/24/25. She said that they made a mistake and charged the wrong table on our card. She said we could come back and get our left overs....WHAT? Watch your recipes here. Something isn't right... Worst service I have ever gotten at Mortons. Not planning on coming back.

Unfortunately we didn't have an amazing dining experience that we were hoping for. It was so loud & noisy,our waiter for the first 20min was rude & very short with us,although his personality improved by the end of the dinner.My filet & my husbands bone in ribeye were dry & a bit overdone for medium rare. We Our scallop appetizer & shrimp cocktail were delicious. The table servers were all very friendly and accommodating. Not the best dining experience we have experienced from a high end steakhouse.😞

The steakhouse made my birthday unforgettable, from the warm welcome to the impeccable service. Every dish, especially the perfectly cooked steak, was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches made the night feel truly special. Wine selection was the cherry on top!

I love Morton's steakhouse & especially there lemon drop martinis they make the best lemon drop martini 🍋🍸 Morton's never disappoints. Their Cesar salad is delicious and crisp, tomahawk cooked perfectly , sides to pair are delicious!
