We received an email regarding a steak and lobster 3 course meal, we arrived a little late for our reservation but was greeted with open arms. The nice receptionist sat us at a booth, super comfortable with some light music playing in the background. The restaurant has a certain beauty and the waiters were quick to set us up with drinks and they came promptly. We've had the waiter Korey before, he has the full menu memorized and knew how we liked our food. He brought out a seafood tower along with some oysters and dipping sauce. The appetizers were fresh and delicious. Korey is a pleasant person to talk to, always joyous and full of great local information. Our steaks were perfect, juicy, tender and full of flavor. We were surprised by a warm lava cake, yummmmm. The wife and I always appreciate Morton's and the employees, from Samatha, Joshua to Kory and Crisp. Thank You very much.

It was my husband's birthday, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing this time. We were seated in a hallway where servers and guests were constantly walking by, which made it hard to relax or enjoy our meal. A female server stood right behind me having a full, loud conversation with another guest, which was very distracting. The food also wasn't as good as usual, which was surprising since it's typically excellent. To make matters worse, some nearby patrons were extremely loud and even cursing. On a positive note, our waiter was courteous and polite, and we appreciated his professionalism. Overall, though, this visit didn't live up to the restaurant's usual standards, especially for a special occasion.

Overrated. Overpriced. Snobby. My steak still had a heartbeat and I ordered it medium rare. Dessert was best part. Not going back to this chain restaurant. Many other great steakhouses in San Diego.

The food was incredible and our waiter Korey was amazing! He was very attentive and friendly. He made sure that everything came out perfect. The steak, lamb chops, and sides were perfectly cooked and very delicious.

Jose or "Joe" was our server and he was perfect. Fast, friendly, and efficient. We would be happy to have him as our server again. We ordered two 16 oz ribeyes - one medium rare and one medium. They each came out at the PERFECT temperature and both cut like butter. I felt mine was a bit too seasoned, while my husband felt his was seasoned perfectly. I think it is just a matter of personal taste. We also ordered the bacon steak (tasty), the Caesar Salad (shareable, very good), Brussels sprouts (good), Au Gratin potatoes (good, but a little too salty for my taste), the legendary hot chocolate cake (it's ok, calling this "shareable" is laughable, tho), Salted Caramel Apple Pie (it's ok, definitely shareable, seasonal). Overall, we left happy and we will return. We'll likely skip any desserts, though. .

We ordered 10 oz filet mignon, medium. Our steaks were more well done and somewhat dry. Our server, Candace, noticed before we said anything and reordered our steaks! We were a party of 6 and shared several vegetable dishes and appetizers, all of which were delicious as were the other entrees. I thought our server went above and beyond to make our dinner enjoyable.

I love Morton's, it's been a family favorite for a long time. Sat outside yesterday, waited about 30 min to get the order (and a bottle of wine opened) and another 45min to get our food. There was a moment where 30min went by without anyone showing up to our table to see if we wanted / needed anything. Food was Ok, smash burgers were overcooked and dry. Been to Morton's many many time — yesterday was one of the worst ones.

Ok people. Listen carefully. Do not walk…….I REALLY need you to RUN to Morton’s!! My husband and I dined there last night (10/4/2025) to celebrate 32 years of togetherness. From the moment we pulled up, the service was impeccable. Our table was set up so nicely and Nick was our server. Let me tell you……that Nick knows what he’s doing!!!!!! We felt so special. Although it was packed, we felt like the only ones there. My hubby has already deemed it “Our Place”. Thank y’all so much for your hospitality.

I ordered the butcher cut 14 Oz ribeye. 65 dollars. Not worth 5 dollars. All fat and under seasoned. Couldn't cut it with the stake knive to save my life.
