First visit was great; loved the service and vibe. Second, the taste testing ladies were super nice and friendly, but the male cashier (forgot his name) was very dismissive and barely interacted with me; I needed recommendations and it felt like I was bothering him. Hit or miss depending on the person working that day, I fear :/
Poor signage - difficult to find. Frustrating to walk all over trying to find this place - why not have a sign immediately upon entering Bloomingdale’s?
Customer service is great - and I get the idea of a ‘tasting’ experience but if I just wanna buy my tried and true coffee pods, having to wait in line behind a gaggle of leisure shoppers who want to taste everything and ask a load of questions is incredibly frustrating. I just left without purchasing anything....

I went to the Nespresso in the Bloomingdales (Fashion Valley) I was in line welcomed by Crystal asking if I would like a like a sample. She had this Beautiful smile and genuine hospitality. Bryan, was also Very cheerful, engaging in conversation and helping me with my purchase. Claudia and Karolina were cleaning and organizing and looked up and were so gracious.
