I went to the Nespresso in the Bloomingdales (Fashion Valley) I was in line welcomed by Crystal asking if I would like a like a sample. She had this Beautiful smile and genuine hospitality. I love this Nespresso location!Claudia is so sweet & kind and she always gives me the best pod recommendations. I was able to sample the Vivida flavor and it did not disappoint. I am looking forward to my next restocking trip.

Customer service is great - and I get the idea of a ‘tasting’ experience but if I just wanna buy my tried and true coffee pods, having to wait in line behind a gaggle of leisure shoppers who want to taste everything and ask a load of questions is incredibly frustrating.
