I think restaurants are built on culture above all else and it's easy to tell a place that truly believes in what they are doing and one that does not. There's a reason NINE TEN displays a Michelin 2025 plaque at the entrance. This place is spot on for food and service. Every starter and main plate is distinctive and fantastic. Go there on wine Wednesdays to get reasonably priced vino to complement your meal. I had the smoked duck with a spring vegetable salad and a lovely bottle of Barolo. So good.
