We came for NOIR’s Bluefin Tuna Cutting Ceremony, their 6th one, and had a great experience. I can only speak to the VIP service, but it definitely felt like they have the event dialed in at this point. I had seen some comments about pacing and other issues from some of the earlier cuttings, but none of that was a problem for us. The pacing was excellent from start to finish, and we both left completely stuffed. Some people around us were even taking food to go.

Phenomenal sishi and even better service from Anthony.
The service was top notch. The team here is very welcoming and goes above and beyond. The food was excellent as well. I had the vegetarian special sushi roll and steaming edamame. Anthony provided excellent service. He was friendly and attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience in San Diego!
