Meatballs appetizer didn’t taste fresh and pasta barely had any sausage in it
The manager responded to our concerns about the wait with kindness and professionalism. They acknowledged the inconvenience, listened attentively, and made us feel that our experience mattered. Their thoughtful response was greatly appreciated and helped turn a frustrating situation into a more positive one.
We had a table reservation as a backup, but we prefer sitting at the bar! Bar seating was readily available, so we advised the hostess of our preference! So much quicker and easier to order cocktails and meals at the bar! Service was excellent as were our drinks and meals! Thank you! We'll be back!!!
