The Lodge Burger is one of the best around but the biscuits are the star here. I did not expect them to be as good as they are, but they are amazing and range from savory to sweet. It’s a busy place and service is adequate but a little slower than average.

Food is good, service is friendly but super slow. The first time I thought it was a one off and its a cozy enough place to sit and do nothing. The second time I came I left after being seated for over 30 min and the server not coming back. I went somewhere a few feet away, ordered what I was going to get at OB surflodge, I was able to order and recieve my food in less than 20 minutes.

The portions are a good size and the food is consistently excellent. The staff is friendly and if you sit at the rail on the patio the view is incredible. The merch is also nice. Pet friendly. It is a must to stop here every time we are in San Diego!
