Ordered a Frappuccino.. it was amazing. I think they put vanilla ice cream in there. Tasted amazing.. around $7 dollars. The young lady was very friendly and helpful.

I should have trusted my gut. We came here on a tour stop in Old Town San Diego. Store was filthy and wait staff difficult to find. I’ve cream freezer bitten. Find somewhere else.

I was quite disappointed over the weekend. I purchased some ice cream at this place. I drove from Pasadena, California, to enjoy "Dia De Los Muertos," but only to be greeted by NOBODY at this establishment. My daughter and I waited to be greeted by the three workers. Please note that we were the only ones there, and we waited for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. It wasn't until I spoke up and said, " Are you open!" The only person that was working was the Caucasian gal with glasses. The other woman with the fake phony eyelashes and the heavy set boy/girl We're lolligagging and being lazy. They were gossiping about who knows what! They were not doing their job! Once other people started arriving, they attempted to help them first before us. Both of these individuals had a chip on their shoulder with a bad attitude. People like this bring down business. The boy/girl that finally helped had the nerve to ask for a tip! Are you kidding me? The tip is to get an education and learn to speak to the public. I know I would have fired these two in a heartbeat if they are jeopardizing my business income. There are plenty of people out there with good customer service that will elevate your business! Time to get rid of these two or get them some extensive training in customer service and common courtesy!

Visited this ice cream parlour on 26th March 2023 Lovely location, lovely ice cream but BE AWARE I used my card to purchase 2 SINGLE waffle cones and when I got back home found on my account I had been charged £30.19 which is probably what 2 double cones cost WOW unbelievable. Thanks for that.

Really smoothie sucks and it's with no milk, Only syrup and ice. Cheating customers with the name of the smoothie. Please know the difference of slush and smoothie. Slush is pure ice and flavoury syrup whereas smoothie contains milk.

Fathers Day 2022. My kids had not been to this place in a while. We used to go all the time but life changed when the pandemic hit. They would always get a mix in the cup. 2 flavors, 1/2 this, 1/2 that. It was one of their favorite things in Old Town. That and the candy store.It's our turn and my daughter gives the lady behind the counter her order. Harper tells me the lady didn't say anything to her, and what she means is she didn't acknowledge her. She just started scooping ice cream. My daughter wanted to be sure the lady behind the counter heard the second flavor right.A few seconds later the lady reaches to hand me her cup. But I told her that it was wrong, my daughter said 1/2 that flavor and 1/2 another. She told me they don't do that. They don't do that? It was standard many times before! The lady kept holding it in my face, almost daring me to take it. She went on to say I would need to order a second cup. I tried to explain I didn't want them to have that much ice cream. But she just sat there face as cold as the ice cream she was daring me to take.I told her we were going to pass and try the Cold Stone that was a block away. I watched her dump the same ice cream I was breathing on just a few seconds earlier back into the barrel. The look on other customers faces was priceless.Anyway, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise because we got a chance to explore the new Cold Stone within walking distance, just east. It was awesome. Absolutely awesome. Outside the scope of this review, but they even made our dog a treat.I don't see this place staying in business very long. Simple business 101.It was great while it lasted.
