Had a great time! Noticed I got charged two different prices for my drinks. One was $14 and the next $19 yet it was the same exact drink. Please make sure all bartenders are on the same note because it was the same exact drink and two significantly different prices.

I lost my phone and was worried that it was stolen but fortunately onyx found my phone and returned it. Andrew Roberts was very helpful and kind. They service is always amazing and my friends and I always have a great time.

My friends and I came for the 1st time just less than a week ago on a Saturday night and we have SO MUCH FUN! A little too much fun to where I lost my personal cell-phone. Luckily the sweet bartender who attended me the night before (Andrew) was able to locate me and return my phone back to me. Not only did he remember me from the night before but he saved me from the inconvenience of having to go out and buy a whole brand new phone. The music was really good, and the drink service was FAST. The bathroom wasnt jam packed and its stocked regularly. I actually didn't know they have 2 floors until Andrew told me. My friends and I are planning our next night out back to Onyx sometime soon.

Had a really terrible experience at Onyx last night. It was my first time there, and I had my phone stolen out of my front pocket about 1 minute after entering the downstairs area. After asking all the inside staff if anyone had turned one in, I walked to the front gate to ask the outside security guards if anyone had given them a phone. They said no, and I went to step back inside to keep looking. I was told that I was not allowed to re-enter with no explanation and no offered support on what to do about my stolen property. My friend who was then leaning over the gate to try and help me keep searching for it was also kicked out with no given reason. We were both being calm and respectful and not intoxicated. I thought maybe the club was about to close so that's why we weren't being allowed back in, but it was over an hour away from closing time. So basically I paid the cover fee to be there for 30 minutes, have my phone stolen, and not be allowed to come back in. Really not the way it should have been handled by security at all.

This place super sucks if you go there make sure you you are a good street fighter.. bar tenders don’t give a shift.. how people is getting drunk.. they just keep going and going wondering if they have an Alcohol training.. is a prostibulo place .. like Tijuana but more expensive.. and dangerous .. please do not go there at night to dangerous..

80 dollar entry free kinda bogus especially since drinks are super expensive. I’d change my review if they didn’t upcharge for so much when they make most of there money off the drinks. It’s not worth 80 dollars

Very cool club and even better staff. I lost my car key and the manager of the club took my phone number and after two hours he sent me a message with the picture of my key. The key was found in the trash. Thank you!!
This place is very shady…. They over charged my card more than what i spent. And if its for a "tip" that is insane for them to do that without me even signing or saying i left one all for their "service". Their drinks barely have any alcohol and i hope this catches up to them for fraudulent activity

If you want to have a good time and drink and listen to music do it at home! Trust me it’s not worth it. I’m 21 never been to a club before and I happened to go on Sunday. I was with a group of friends and I was “safe” as I thought. I was pocket picked and I got my wallet stolen thankfully I only had my ID on their debit card and my medical card so I canceled it. I also have a picture of me holding my ID over my head THANKFULLY. I’m struggling with money right now due to inflation and this made me have the biggest break down and caused me stress. There is rumors going around that Onyx employees are on it aswell. There’s a video that popped up on my feed and 2 females were caught video posted by @differentbreed_.__ on Instagram, I have filed a police claim due to this incident and I sent police the video. If you were effected by this aswell please send the video to police. This needs to stop.
